What inspired you to pursue a career in law?
I like a good challenge and problem solving!
How do you ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey?
By slowing down and really walking them through the process step-by-step, from the very first call. I explain what to expect in plain language, not jargon, and I check in often to make sure they’re truly understanding, not just saying “okay.” I encourage them to ask every question that comes to mind — there is no such thing as a silly question — and I don’t move on until they’re comfortable with the answer.
What advice would you give to someone who’s hesitant to reach out for help with their debt?
We all know that life happens. It’s stressful to have to be burdened by debt for years, and it’s important you know that there are solutions and people out there who can support you.
What’s your life like outside the office?
I’m an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and like hanging out with my dog, Sammy!
