I’ve always wanted to be empowered to help others.
How would you describe your philosophy or approach when working with clients in debt?
Being positive and saying something nice at the beginning of the call to help clients relax. People are sometimes intimidated to talk with an attorney, and I want them to know I’m here to help!
How do you define a “successful outcome” for your clients?
When clients have that sigh of relief in getting the process going, knowing they have support!
What advice would you give to someone who’s hesitant to reach out for help with their debt?
As much stress as you’re under, consider that taking this step is less stressful than continuing to try to handle it on your own.
What’s your life like outside the office?
I love live music and enjoy many concerts with my loved ones!
