How do you ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey?
I make sure they know my number one priority for them throughout the program is that they feel knowledgeable about what’s going on. I make it clear they should reach out to me if they have any questions, big or small.
How do you define a “successful outcome” for your clients?
Getting them out of debt quicker than they would have by doing it alone and continuing to pay those high interest rates.
What advice would you give to someone who’s hesitant to reach out for help with their debt?
Most people are ashamed about being in debt. I like to let people know that a lot of folks are in this situation, and that it’s okay to seek help — they deserve the opportunity to make their lives better.
What’s your life like outside the office?
I’m an outdoorsy guy — I have 21 acres with 2 lakes and woods! I love to spend time out there with my dogs. I also love live music, trying new food, traveling, and volunteering.
