How would you describe your philosophy or approach when working with clients in debt?
The number one thing is compassion because when many of our clients begin, they may feel scared and desperate. It’s awful to be facing a mountain of debt, and it’s important to approach clients with kindness and understanding, so they know I’m here to help.
What’s your life like outside the office?
I love cinema, art, travel, fine dining, and cooking!
