Most of the time, life happens \u2014 like job <\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>loss, medical issues, divorce, or major financial strain. I focus on listening first, <\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>understanding how they arrived at this point, and then helping them see that there is a path <\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>forward. My approach is based on empathy, clarity, and giving clients a sense of control <\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>again. <\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How do you ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process?<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I like to reinforce that communication is not only available, but encouraged. Whether by phone, text, chat, or the app, we\u2019re here to answer questions and guide clients every step of the way. <\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What advice would you give someone hesitant to ask for help with their debt?<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If the way you\u2019ve been handling things isn\u2019t working, it\u2019s okay to try something new. Nothing changes if you\u2019ve changed nothing. Five Lakes has a proven record of helping people<\/em><em> <\/em><em>in exactly this situation.
