I make it clear they should reach out to me if they have any questions, big or small.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How do you define a \u201csuccessful outcome\u201d for your clients?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Getting them out of debt quicker than they would have by doing it alone and continuing to pay those high interest rates.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What advice would you give to someone who\u2019s hesitant to reach out for help with their<\/strong> <strong>debt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Most people are ashamed about being in debt. I like to let people know that a lot of folks are in this situation, and that it\u2019s okay to seek help \u2014 they deserve the opportunity to make their lives better.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What\u2019s your life like outside the office?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I\u2019m an outdoorsy guy \u2014 I have 21 acres with 2 lakes and woods! I love to spend time out there with my dogs.
