My approach in general is to make sure my clients don\u2019t feel shame about their situation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How do you ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I remind them that we are always available. They can put time on my calendar, call our support team, or reach out through our live chat 24\/7. Bottom line, we\u2019re here for them in the long-run.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>What\u2019s your life like outside the office?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I teach yoga and love to ski.
